How Long Does Delivery Take?

Manufacturing Time: Typically 5 days.

Shipping Time: Also around 5 days.

This means your order usually arrives within 10 days after purchase.

Can I Upload or Email My Prescription?

Yes! During checkout, you’ll have two options:

  • Upload Prescription: Directly upload your prescription.
  • Send Prescription Later: Choose this, and we’ll email you instructions, or you can send it directly to info@overoglasses.com. Remember to include your order number.

How Can I Get My Glasses Prescription? Can I Use an Expired One?

Contact your eye care provider by phone or in person to get your latest glasses prescription, including your pupil distance (PD).

If your prescription is expired but still gives you clear and comfortable vision, it’s okay to use it.

Are Prescription Lenses and Shipping Included in the Price?

Yes, all our prices include prescription lenses and shipping—no hidden fees.

What’s the Difference Between a Ski Goggle Insert and a Snowboarding Goggle Insert?

There is no difference! Our prescription goggle inserts fit both ski and snowboarding goggles.

How Do I Install and Remove My Prescription Goggle Insert?

To install: Align the insert, pinch the tabs on the top and bottom, and press to secure it.

To remove: Simply reverse the process by gently pulling out the insert.

Can I Use My HSA/FSA Account at Overo Glasses?

Currently, HSA/FSA payments are not supported, but we’re actively working to make this available in the future.
