Prescription Verification & Eye Care
1. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order for prescription eyewear with Overo Glasses, you certify that:
✓ Valid Prescription
You possess a valid prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
✓ Accuracy
The data you provide to us (including Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, and PD) matches exactly the prescription written by your eye care professional.
2. Verification Right
We prioritize your safety. Overo Glasses reserves the right to:
- • Request a copy of your original prescription file for verification purposes.
- • Contact your eye care provider to verify the details of your prescription.
- • Cancel any order if the prescription is missing, invalid, or deemed unsafe for fulfillment.
3. Ensuring Accuracy
We want to make sure we get it right. Occasionally, our optical team may need to double-check your details.
If a prescription looks incomplete or unusual, we may put your order on a brief hold to contact you for clarification.
This is a safety step to prevent manufacturing errors and ensure you receive the best possible vision correction.
