- If you select "Send your prescription later," we will email you afterwards, or you can directly send your prescription to info@overoglasses.com. Please remember to include your order number.
How can I find out my glasses prescription, and is it possible to use an expired one?
- Reach out to your eye care professional by phone or in person to obtain your latest prescription.
- Make sure it includes both your glasses prescription and your PD (pupil distance). If your prescription is expired, that’s okay—you can still use it as long as it provides clear and comfortable vision.

- Yes, the price includes everything.
What is the difference between a ski goggle insert and a snowboarding goggle insert?
- Prescription inserts for ski goggles are the same as those for snowboarding goggles.
How do I install and remove my prescription goggle insert?
- Align it, pinch the four tabs on the top and bottom to insert, and make sure it's centered.
Can I use my HSA/FSA accounts at Overo Glasses?
- It is currently not supported, but we are working hard to achieve it.
